If you pick up a vehicle from the closed areas, please notify us at least six hours before.
We cannot be held accountable for delays, cancellations, or delays in passengers’ flights or trains. The trip is considered a no-show if we don’t receive notice of delays or cancellations or when we cannot reach the contact person registered within 15 minutes of the pickup time. The pickup responsibility is to be punctual at the local pickup. Please inform us of any changes in the time of your reservation. Credit Card Policy

Customers must supply their card information in advance to allow approval before credit card transactions. This prevents fraud; however, it is not the primary payment method for your travel. To ensure the estimated trip price, which includes tolls, parking, gratuities, and additional time, The credit or debit card will be debited at a 150% initial fee. Once the service is completed, the balance will be taken off.

When booking, the customer agrees to the maximum capacity for passengers and must make sure the total does not exceed. reserves the right to end the trip without a refund if the customer fails to meet the limits.
